The problem
The gas released by the chemical accumulates in the pump head: the diaphragm compresses the gas instead of the liquid and the pump does not dose.
Sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide release gas that accumulates in the pump head: with a standard pump head the pump loses its prime and stops dosing. The automatic air bleed pump head expels the gas and prevents the pump from becoming air-locked. For details of the models, visit the series pages: AMS, V and VMS, K and KMS, T and TMS and WD.
The gas released by the chemical accumulates in the pump head: the diaphragm compresses the gas instead of the liquid and the pump does not dose.
The purge valve must be opened to let the gas out every time the problem recurs; in the meantime dosing is interrupted.
The self-venting pump head expels the gas automatically: the pump stays primed and the purge valve does not need to be closed after priming.

For dosing at high flow rates or back-pressures: up to 25 bar and up to 38 l/h.
The V and VMS series with automatic air bleed pump head, for swimming pools and for residential, healthcare and industrial applications.
The K and KMS series with automatic air bleed pump head: from 18 bar at 1 l/h to 2 bar at 13 l/h.
The T and TMS series with automatic air bleed pump head: up to 20 bar and up to 35 l/h.
Swimming pool pumps with integrated measuring instruments, with automatic air bleed pump head for hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide.
