Treated water
The pulse-output water meter installed on the pipe of the water to be treated sends one pulse for each preset volume: the controller totalises the litres that have passed through.
Water meters →Instruments for the measurement and permanent logging of the operating data of the treatment plant: the LDLOG SEFL totalises the treated water and the dosed chemical product, the LDLOG mA detects the level and consumption of the products in the storage tanks. The data can be viewed on the display on a daily, monthly and yearly basis and can be transmitted remotely.
LDLOG controllers acquire the signals of the devices installed on the plant and permanently store their totalised values, making it possible to document operation and to verify that the treatments are carried out correctly.

The flow sensor, installed on the delivery of the dosing pump, detects each injection; knowing the volume of a single injection, which can be determined with a simple test, the controller calculates the quantity of product dosed.

The level probe with 4-20 mA output installed on each tank provides a signal proportional to the level: from its decrease the controller derives the product consumption and the remaining quantity.
Raw water from wells and springs, private and from public water supply networks.
Insight: well water →Domestic hot and cold water circuits.
Industrial process water and cooling tower circuits.
Public swimming pools and pools for collective use, municipal and industrial wastewater.
Collects and permanently stores the data of up to 3 pulse-output water meters for the treated water and of 3 flow sensors installed on the dosing pumps, monitoring the volume of water treated and the consumption of chemical products.
Detects the level of chemical products in up to 4 tanks by means of sensors with 4-20 mA output and totalises their daily, monthly and yearly consumption, as well as the remaining quantity; the concentration of the solution and a minimum level with end-of-product alarm can be set.

The water meter on the water line controls the dosing pump and transmits its pulses to the LDLOG; the flow sensor on the delivery confirms each injection.
If no liquid passes, the pump starts the automatic re-priming procedure with recovery of the missed injections.
The log can be viewed directly on the controller, with the daily, monthly and yearly totals of each input.
Quantity dosed of each product, in litres.
Volumes measured by the water meters, for example make-up water, bleed-off and evaporation of a cooling tower.
Quantity of product present in each of the 4 tanks.
Totalised consumption of each product.
The controllers can be remotely controlled bidirectionally via Ethernet or 4G network, with SMS or e-mail notifications when alarms are triggered, or integrated into the PLC via Modbus; the USB port also allows the recorded data to be downloaded to external memory for analysis with a spreadsheet. Access is password-protected, ensuring that the data cannot be altered from the controller to the point of delivery (web server or PLC).
Download of the logged data to a USB memory stick, for archiving and analysis with a spreadsheet.
Connection to the web portal via network cable: measurements, set points, dosing and alarms accessible from PC, tablet and smartphone.
Connection via the cellular network for installations without a local network, with alarm notification by SMS or e-mail.
Integration into your PLC via serial port.
Current signal proportional to the measured value, for remote monitoring or for controlling pumps and other instrumentation.
