Mixing
Dosing and initial homogenisation of the powder with the preparation water.
A modular, expandable and fully automatic system for the continuous preparation of polyelectrolyte solutions from dry polymers. Designed for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, in sedimentation, clariflocculation and sludge dewatering processes.
Dosing and initial homogenisation of the powder with the preparation water.
Reaction and stabilisation of the mixture: 30 – 60 minutes for powder.
Controlled storage of the solution until use.
Accurate and regular delivery of the solution.
An independent master tank and up to three additional modules, joined by rectangular flanges with gaskets and M8 screws: a robust and quick assembly, adaptable to different dosing and storage requirements.
With powder feeder, mixer and control panel: in the single-tank configuration it prepares up to 1,500 l/h.
Each module increases the volume available for maturation and storage, up to 4 tanks and 6,000 l/h.
The PLD 6000-4 configuration: master tank and three modules in line, for a total volume of 6,808 litres.
Fewer manual operations and preparation errors: ready-to-use solution, continuous process and consistent quality.
Optimal hydration and activation of the polyelectrolyte, in powder or emulsion form.
An independent master tank and additional modules, joined by rectangular flanges with gaskets and M8 screws: a robust and quick assembly.
Less product waste, low energy consumption thanks to the brushless motors, simplified maintenance.
HDPE tanks, PPH feeder, PVC circuits, AISI 304 steel parts; 2" drain fittings.
Radar level probes, integrated safety devices and a hermetically resealable powder container to protect the operator.
PPH powder feeder with coated screw, driven by a brushless motor controlled from the HMI; 35-litre hopper with vibrator (expandable on request), radar minimum powder level; concentration adjustable from 0.05 to 0.5%.
Ultrasonic flow meter (4-20 mA), shut-off solenoid valve and regulating valves; radar measurement of the solution level.
7" touch screen HMI, Ethernet TCP/IP communication, ABS IP65 enclosure.
Mixer with L1000 three-phase 400 W brushless motor and 4-blade 400 mm propeller: precise speed control and reduced consumption. Alarms: emergency stop, low water flow, minimum solution level, maximum level (H), overflow (HH).
